Pengaruh Career Planning, Self Efficacy dan Adversity Quotient Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa S1 di Semarang

This study aims to determine the effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient on job readiness undergraduate students in Semarang. The object this research is Semarang who have entered final semester with a sample 100. was conducted using quantitative methods purposive sampling as specific criteria be taken samples. Data analysis technique classical assumption test. results showed (1) there positive significant influence planning tcount value 2,457 > ttable 1,984 significance 0.016 <0.05, (2) not an self efficacy work 1.868 < 1.984 0.065 0.05, (3) 4.983 0.000 <0.05. (4) together Fcount 57.959 Ftebel 2.70 coefficient determination (R2) adjusted R square 0.633 means that self-efficacy, variables can explain variable by 63.3% 36.7% influenced other outside study.
